Finding the right concept for our restaurant was a massive challenge. We knew we could draw on a wealth of experience from our talented international chefs. Our aim was to offer our customers a wide choice of authentic dishes from around the world. This is when we decided to implement the food court theme.
Urban Food Court offers Asian dishes, prepared by our Thai team, Chinese food prepared by our Chinese chefs, Western favourites and fresh salads, prepared and cooked by our European brigade.
